It's a voice-activated phone banking system that's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Just call 225.353.6918 and say your member (account) number and PIN when prompted. After your member number and PIN are validated, you will proceed to Telephone Banking’s main menu where you will have a choice of options.
If you need help with your Telephone Banking PIN, contact our Contact Center at 1.888.369.2207. We will be happy to help you with your PIN for Telephone Banking.
Your member number is the same as your account number.
As you become more accustomed with Telephone Banking, you can interrupt the system by simply saying your command. You may also say "help" at any time for more detailed instructions.
Just say "Main Menu" at any time during the call.
